Fresh Food Friday (Free and Low Carb Snack Ideas)

 
 
Went through some of my oldies but goodies on the computer.

Here is a list of free, and almost free, snack ideas.

Almonds with seasonings like bbq or ranch or cocoa powder
Sunflower Seeds
Sunflower with seasonings like bbq or ranch or cocoa powder
Peanuts – stay away from honey roasted/dry roasted is better
Peanut butter
Sun nut butter
Soy butter

Cheddar cheese
String cheese

Mozzarella
Ricotta Cheese mixed with splenda and lemon extract
